I was super impressed when I walked in- they have a gorgeous space that is very clean and relaxing. Add to that a heated massage table and some insanely soft sheets and I was one happy girl before the massage even started.Bridget asked if anything specific needed work and I told her I have had months of pain in my shoulder and neck. She told me to let her know if the pressure was too much or too little, but she was right on. A few times it was pretty intense, but I know that sometimes it is needed to really work out a knot. I walked out feeling like a new person! I had painful popping in my shoulder that she fixed…in one session!
